This is the right
opportunity to invest your time and talent. Balagokulam
will provide training to interested individuals during this Workshop.
Participants will be learning:
- Art of story telling.
- How to recite vedic shlokas.
- how to teach yoga, meditation to children.
- how to mold the children to be future leaders.
- how to keep children active and enthusiastic about learning hindu culture in a fun-way.

BalaGokulam is a one and one-half hour
program where children are taught Surya Namaskar,
Yogasanas, Shlokas, and Bhajans. Together with
Games and Story Sessions, BalaGokulam helps
children realize their innate strengths and
appreciate their cultural heritage. Balagokulam
is a program of Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh (www.hssworld.org). Hindu
Swayamsevak Sangh (HSS) is a nonprofit group
working to bring together the Hindu community in
the United States. HSS conducts BalaGokulams and
Shakhas at 76 centers nationwide. Shakhas are
structured similarly to BalaGokulams, but for
teenagers and adults. Contact any of the above
