Suggested Time Table for Day-Camps (8:30am - 5:00pm)
This is the format used in one of the camps. This is only to give an idea of how to plan. On the last day of the camp, plan a field trip to a nearby Hindu Temple or an Ashram.

Atmosphere:
Religious setting with pictures.
Learning atmosphere with the posters on Hindu's contribution, etc.
Sewa posters to create awareness about Sewa.
Sangh posters of big programs to give the feeling - "We're part of a BIG movement"
Keeping the shoes in line.
Keeping up the motivation to learn
For all boudhik sessions, sitting in proper formation (either lines or ardha-mandal).
Making four gatas on first day and rotating the task of serving food and cleaning.
